  • Leukotriene B(4) induces nitric oxide synthesis in Trypanosoma cruzi-infected murine macrophages and mediates resistance to infection. [1]
  • LTB4 plays a physiological role in regulating dendritic cell trafficking during induction of immune responses. [2]
  • Leukotriene B(4) is a potent chemoattractant known to be involved mainly in inflammation, immune responses, and host defense against infection. [3]
