• more activity (high ligand concentration, overexpression) of PRLR ui-button
  in uterus ui-button
  • Benign fibromuscular myometrial tumors (leiomyomas) have been shown to produce more PRL than control myometrium; thus, locally produced PRL may exert a mitogenic action on the growth of these tumors. [1]
